   Terms & Conditions

• Your Paris L'OpenTour Pass will be validated on boarding the bus and must be shown to the driver each time you board the tour.
• Seats on the top deck cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and will not be replaced in case of loss or theft. Resale or re-use of a ticket is a fraud and will be prosecuted accordingly.
• Tickets do not include entrances to monuments or museums nor can they be used on the Paris bus and subway system.
• L'OpenTour is not responsible and cannot guarantee recovery of personal effects left on board.
• With or without notice, L'OpenTour reserves the right for safety reasons to cancel or modify the tour itinerary particularly in case of strikes or demonstrations.
• Schedules and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Please look after your earphones. Lost sets cannot be replaced.
• Please protect the environment by not throwing away your earphones, their plastic bag or any leaflets.

   For Your Security

• On the top deck, please remain seated while the bus is in motion.
• Do not use the stairs while the bus is moving. On the top deck, by law, seat belts must be worn between bus stops.
• Do not lean over the guard rails. Beware of low branches and other objects with low clearance.
• Do not throw anything out of the bus. Parents, for the safety of your children, please make sure that the above rules are followed.
