of posting. Times, programs and durations and rate of exchange
are subject to change. Prices include all services mentioned
in each tour description.
CITYRAMA acts in accordance with the general
rules recommended by the French Union of Travel Agents. CITYRAMA
cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal
items or luggage during the tours and no guarantee can be
given to recover them.
CITYRAMA reserves the right to cancel or modify any tours
without previous notice, if our client's comfort or safety
require it, and in case of strike, demonstration, weather
or traffic conditions.
SMOKING ON BOARD COACHES IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

CANCELLATION:
An administrative fee of $25.00 per person will be deducted
from all refunds. No refund for tours interrupted at client's
own will.
CANCELLATION FEES:
Tours including hotel or restaurant services:
…less than 48 hours before departure: 20% of tour price(except
for LO2 which is 100% of tour price and TF12 which is 50%
of tour price)
…less than 24 hours before departure:
40% of tour price (TF 12 is 50% of tour price)
… the same day: 100% of tour price
- Tours to London 1 day, and Provence 1 day:
… less than 16 hours before departure: 100% of tour
price
- Half Day and Full Day Tours without lunch:
- …less than 24 hours before departure: full refund
less 20%
- …same day: no refund.
CHILDREN'S
RATES: Except for Disneyland Paris Tours, reductions
will be granted upon presentation of valid identification.
Paris Surroundings, tours CR and RC:
- age 4-11: 50% reduction (except for tour C which is free)
- under the age of 4: free
Paris
By Night:
- Illuminations tour: free for children under 12 years of
age accompanied by paying adults. (1 child for 1 paying adult)
- CR: 50% reduction for children between 4 and 11 years old
(free under 4)
- - other tours: no reduction, not recommended.
French Provinces - Auvers/Giverny - Brugge
- TF 12, TF1, TF2, TF3, TF4:
-age 4 to 11 Paris: 10% reduction
-under 4: free, any hotel or restaurant expenses to be paid
directly by parents
London, Lourdes and one day in Provence: no
reduction.
